Noble Peace Prize

If someone receives Noble Peace Prize and behaves like war monger and criminal -morality demands that he should relinquish title of nobility and present himself to international law for expunging himself from whatsoever allegations put on to him. We must not forget that War can never make Peace,to take  it as  a substitute of peace, is a grave error.The world  will  suffer immensely.There is an old adage that unrestricted power has got no vision.
It gives me a great pain to see that the world is moving irrationally, and powerful persons are making all their moves justified.

BIPPA and PM Bhattarai

BIPPA has been an apple of discord for all of us and we are having different views on it.In theory ,BIPPA  is not a bad idea to be signed with a neighbouring country for our economic development. It is wise to deal with ,and moreover ,when it is signed by a Maoist leader PM's presence, that matters more.Means it  is further guaranteed by the political power for its smooth sailing.Only ,we have to be very careful about the obstacles to be produced by the antagonised Maoists party cadres.That may create problem in future, at that time, it would a burden for the coffers of nation,otherwise, there should not be any doubt about its effectiveness.It will pay if honestly and sincerely applied.PM Bhattarai must have calculated its results before allowing it to ink it.Let us hope for best.

Stop source of crime

After killing Col. Gaddafi of Libya many valid and serious questions arise.
Is it the end of crime?Is it a correct method to deal with?What is validity of United Nations now, if international cases are handled  irrational way?And considering all international laws, should we ratify this action?How does it effect us?
After killing Osama bin Laden, did  crime or terrorism in this world finish?Or, on the contrary, those who are involved in this, have became more vulnerable?.This war is against terrorism not any  religion ,human and social values and ethos.UN should fight this war not a country or group of countries directly or indirectly.If we do follow this method, be sure ,tomorrow world, I see a horrible where no one will be safe.Old wise advices suggest  to kill the source of crime if we intend to eradicate it.
Let United Nation convene a summit on this type of crimes and ask what all HOS/HOG wants to do with this type of crimes.
I am afraid  we are creating a bomb which can kill all of us any time.
UN role is not barred?,why UN is so timid?Do there, now, any international order prevail or not?

NAM should shun their activities -seems a coward organization ,who has no voice and power to deal with.Now, there is no validity of NAM.One day we may say or ask the same question for United Nations.Be aware.
NESA of USA asked my opinion as I am alumni of it ,and I have replied in the same spirit.We want a permanent solution.
We all are Democrats but it has its limitation ,and every disease has its own medicine.This is unconventional disease ,I agree, so there should be, of course, unconventional medicine, but within the umbrella of UN.
We have seen all countries ,where forcefully regime are changed ,the nationals are suffering worst situation than before.So question arises why then we change if  better can 't be done?Simply to satisfy our ego?Or there is any interior motive behind it?
Tomorrows,Syria,Yemen and many other African countries can be listed ?

Or, should we make null and void all international laws and say for all crimes there is only one medicine -kill him.??
If we go forward on this  path then -in near days history can be repeated!
We wish democracy flourish and develop in a acceptable manner according to the soil of that country.Respect for law should be established in all ways.
It is true that  in no way we accept a tyrant regime or dictatorial rule  in any country .
Better UN should convene a summit on it and decide finally how to handle this type of cases.
There should not be ego-no one country is master of this planet.
Believe in UN and make it stronger to be able to handle all difficult and delicate cases like this one.

Nepal in the Indian Foreign Aid agenda

Nepal has been a net foreign aid recipient from the time of its first economic plan.In fact, ninety percent of the plan amount was from the foreign aid.After some years,  there was planning to reduce the dependency on the foreign aid, and consequently ,it came down up to fifty percent of the development budget.Now again, it is hiking up and up.No development plan is taken from our resources management.All is covered by foreign aid.We must not forget that foreign aid is not a free lunch -we have to pay through our nose.There is nothing called charity in diplomacy, athough, prima facia, it seems so.
India, from the beginning ,remained a great donor to Nepal.Till today, if any substantial work to be done is undertaken by India, may be out of love or compulsion.At present ,when Nepal is most unpredictable and instable country, known to the outside of world-naturally ,they hesitate to come and be engaged in the development of investment process.
India, at this time, is stretching its wings and transferring herself from a net aid  recipient to a major donor country list.Between 1951 and 1992 India herself  received about $55 billion foreign aid ,a largest recipient in the history.Now they want to play global role through the foreign aid as we see for US AID.KOICA,JICA,DAC,DFID etc.It was reported  that Govt of India has planned  $11.2 billion to spent $11.2 billion over five /seven years and indirectly manage the world opinion in its favour.They wished to create  an India Agency for Partnership in Development (IAPD).Small amount of aid to small countries work a lot.It is in the range of Australia or Scandinavian countries.It is a great plan and ambition provided that there are less strings.It seems a commendable start.
USA is largest single donor,dishing out $31 billion in 2010.China second which gave away $25 billion in 2007.(Some other place the donation amount is said $1.9 billion in 2009).Russia $422 million in 2007.
For poorest,the  new donors are more important because western aid is shrivelling.Congress is proposing to chop American aid by fifth.Brazil is giving more to Somalia for famine than France UK,Italy combined.Others seem like  last hurrah of western generosity.
As India also shows,middle income countries not need to financial transfer to help their own people.That was clear before,India has a space program, and $300 billion reserve.
No wonder, if we read Bangladesh is receiving $1 billion and Srilanka $2billion  aid from India ,now it is but natural.
Unfortunately ,we have no one to report about the new foreign aid policy of India and its generosity.Our mission Delhi is without ambassador.Even some goes they have not that much intuition and initiative by profession.We are suffering,now India has proposed to take advantage out of this favourable condition ,we are awaken and  think that it is our wisdom.Unfortunate.We must develop foeign aid policy to satisfy our needs.One body who can sees global opportunity and fit our requirements in between.
A seasoned and perfect professional diplomat with honesty and integrity can can only delver and meet the objects.

Rescue for Muktinath

We are  now clearly visualizing the declination of a rich civilization with the unholy entry of a political system in Nepal.Those who have lust for power and property they do not mind to sale anything including  themselves.For them culture ,religion and civilization have no value.Muktinath is an example.
Vedic civilization or Sanatan religion is very close to vanish but surprisingly no one is bothered whether Muktinath is falling down to a ruin or another.Few days ago a  local television has disclosed the fact to all and showed the dilapidated conditions of the temple.We are never tired of vanity, in claiming Muktinath is mine,I am Hindu,I am Buddhist,or I am cosmopolitan but at this time ,when this holy shrine needs our help-we are unknown for it.We don't know even it is ours??Government,and religious organizations  are the protectors  but are happily expunged from duties, and similarly,  travel tour organizations are making so much  money out of its sanctity, but never feel any responsibility for its restoration and renovation .Even if it falls down, they  will make money showing the ruin, that there was a temple called Muktinath -see the foundation here -it was built by a king thousands year ago.
Present without duties and responsibilities  has no right to feel proud about past-it is a simply vanity. I feel shame for them.
In the recent past regime, all temples,monasteries,gumbas and others were boastly standing in that empire-well protected.Now ,who cares? who is ruling this land ?who does not care for own  heritage -it is not only ours-it is world cultural heritage which is situated at the height of 3700 M above the sea and a rare holiest amalgamation of truth - the five heavenly elements at this height.Save it for heaven sake.
This is an appeal to all who are concerned -and who is not concerned?We should open our eyes and must not be that much ungrateful to the culture.Let us come forward and preserve and protect this unique  holiland on this earth.Feel proud that it is situated in our land.

Prime Minister's India Visit

No way people can be happy whatsoever you do if they do not like you.Mr.Prime Minister at present your position is more or less the same.When you had taken oath one and half month ago that time your good will was at the maximum level.We thought a correct man has come, who is in a different type of camp ,but believes in law and justice and delivery to the people.Your drama for the beginning was impressive but later discomposed the people, who is waiting for peace and constitution.They understood that time when you flew on the same day when Nepali were in the terror of great earthquake.UN visit was important for you than the lives of the people.Now the new episode of Defence minister and Land Reform minister brought you down.
In this scenario,your visit to India attaches a great importance.I will say bravo for your different line than your predecessor.We all have to understand the ground reality.No dramatization in the natural relations .Never play one against another.-it will never pay.People still have some hope with you -don't disappoint them.Carefully calculate the situation and time.Your limitation and future generation prospects.I hope you remember that you are transitional Prime Minister-make a simple but good start.Our wishes with you.

Sanctity of State Visit

President HE Dr Ram Baran Yadav is on the state visit to Qatar
.This word state visit has a very solemn meaning with a dignity,standing on the same footing and shaking hand position visit.You may be shocked what I am saying.
When you ask to increase the labour daily wages,facilities, looking for more favour is not the spirit of the state visit.You are undermining  or devaluing the nature of the state visit.
The sanctity of the high beam of the diplomacy turn in to shadow.While taking your hand is down so where is hand shake position means equal range or footing?This petty small business like work could be done by a minister before the visit but not in the visit.
We are selling our body,blood,strength in the international market with this much publicity?A STATE VISIT.??
In Pachayat days also there was somehow the same type of notion.Not exactly the same but nature.In any visit ,we ask or high light-how much we brought the donation??Uff.Bringing perennial donation, by a equal state in UN, is a matter of proud for a nation??By doing this, we are poor and remain always poor.
We have to change this type of idea.This is  outdated and  non prestigious to the nation.Our foreign aid policy has to be readdressed according to the contemporary world scenario.

PLAYING WITH FIRE

We are not happy to see the situation in Arab today.It is painful.
Today, whatever has been happening in Arab is the result of bad calculation of the strategists ,ie, west and USA.The current situation of Egypt suggests the same.President Mubarak is removed by force without estimating the pitfall of the action.Muslim Brotherhood is a very strong force working there and they were able to form the government if Mubarak did not manoeuvre their activities.Mubarak had some demerits but that does not mean that for your ego you do whatever nonsense  without considering the result.Because you think that whatever is consequences, the nationals of that country would bear.This is completely wrong theory.Finally you have to reap what you saw.Iraq,Afghanistan,Libia and others are the example.It should open your wisdom.
The same theory applies in economics,for your benefits you exploit the poor countries and as result of that one day bad recession follows and you  sink in that boggy economy.
Terrorism is the result of injustice and interference in the internal matter of any religion or community.We over view this fact and with a simple power theory like to run the world order which has been proved wrong.My submission is this is fire you know well but seeing this you play with it without proper arrangement is incomprehensive.
Remedy of terrorism is a balance approach to the fact and delver justice.This is the victory of truth-means God.It is not any body's victory or defeat.Ego must go.
Forcefully establishing any regime is not a natural method-it will not pay you rather back fire.Acquiescence doctrine is the best treatment in this particular situation.Contemplate it.

ONE ALONE

There is saying -one alone can do nothing.And we accept because we do not want to take that pain to prove it wrong.
One alone Anna Hazare has moved the Indian Goverment-a burnning example is in front of us.In the world there are many.
In my Birganj,there was rampant corruption and illigal activities.It was that Birganj who was sometime ago a model city of coplete harmony,culture,arts,litrature and development.Now since few years it was surprizingly changed to adverse.Very unfortunate.
At present,I became happy to see that there is a change-a change not in all aspects, but in law and order, you can note easily.And this is not done by any military force but by a man -one Police Officer- Superitendent of Police, Mr Ramesh Kharel, has done this.An honest and sincere officer took this troble and brought this change.If we some hundren are united -can't we change our declining motherland.If we love this land -we stand all and cooperate person like SP Kharel and take our responsibilty to make corruptionless Nepal.It needs action.Not words or publicity.

BRAVO SP KHAREL-Hope you will not be changed.

Careful steps is required

After becoming PM of the country,the prime minister Baburam Bhattarai, has been taking many popular steps to prove himself a different.It is but natural.

I simply want to say now at the stage of his future visit to India that he must be very careful.Particularly while talking with regard to the 1950 treaty.It is neither easy nor simple to talk.Your talk may be fatal.Careful.
Better do not talk now this ,because this is a transitional government and thus is not authorized for this type of work.If you do that will be invalid.It will not be accepted in the eye of international law.

Why I am saying so is that the inner meaning of that treaty is perhaps not known to you neither will be told to you by the new officials.You are going to damage a great extent to the country.
I am at present in my home town Birganj and cannot say you how to move ,but why do not talk with the professionals than your kitchen friends?If you have time I would be happy to suggest you the better choice.We all are for Nepal.

Open talk is better.It is concerned with nation and this belongs to all of us.You are wise man.Hope you will think and hear me.
