Political Parties Must Be Realistic

Seeing the irrational method of fixing the members in lower and upper house,one can be sure that present political parties have nothing in mind but just to exploit the hard earned money of the country for their families.The whole scenario which appearing now alludes that corruption and crime are legalized for the  political parties ,and poor helpless people are in the role of  spectator for vouching in affirmative for their unlawful acts.The 325 members in lower house and 60 in upper house is is a great whimsical assessment numbers for the  population size of Nepal.This would be a political robbery please come down to 200 in total if you wish to be fair and honest with the motherland.
Viewing the number of federal states proposed by Maoist one could easily understand that now we are not in unity mood but looking  the reason for disintegration sooner better.Madhes - a case has been seen  so terrifying in the past ,but again we are not tired of  hatching conspiracy
against them.
When one refuse to give small appropriate share division to  others righs, we have  always seen in the old epics and present history, that a great loss have been met to the wrong doers.

WE MUST UNDERSTAND THAT DRAWING THE CONSTITUTION IS A LIFE LINE TREATMENT FOR THE SICK NATION AND IF WE PRESCRIBE WRONG MEDICINE , IT WOULD BE FATAL.
PLEASE DO NOT PLAY AGAINST EACH OTHER-NOW NO ONE IS READY TO  TOLERATE INJUSTICE. SINCE OUR CHILDHOOD WE HAVE STUDIED AND HAVE A FIRM SENSE IN OUR MIND THAT WE ARE THREE TYPE OF PEOPLE - ONE, HIM ALI,     TWO, PAHADI ,   AND THREE , MADESHI. MAKE THREE STATES ON THIS BASIS. WE ALL COME UNDER THIS CATEGORY.

South Sudan is Victim of Hegemony

South Sudan is being attacked since sometimes by Sudan for this or that reason.We know  the main apple of discord is the huge petrol reserve in the border. Innocent people of South Sudan is being killed everyday because of dirty political and economic game. Beneficiary countries are taking sides of one or another because of obvious reasons.

International law is violated in every steps and no concrete steps or actions are being taken to stop this heinous act. This is a vital question to be handled to ensure the sovereignty and integrity of this newly born small country. Nepal should take a bold step in UN and raise voice against this hegemony. But we are silent, why? I could not understand. What is the policy of Nepal in this international problem and conflict?

It is our duty  to speak against this hegemony.

Last Move to Win the Chess

At present time, I don't see any our politicians  matured ,honest,selfless and visionary.Holistic approach is required, today, to surmount the complexities which we, unfortunately, do not like to apply .Every one either person or party, is guided by the vested interests , right from the short time gain to state capture. For them , we are a pawn to be played in the political chess board. Nothing less nothing more.
Why I am repeating the same, from time to time, because I don't see the future of we Nepali.I see a painful picture with darkness,more conflicts,poverty,corruption ,unemployment and recession in the national economy which would gulp the total image of the country .Nepal may be soon compared with Somalia and Afghanistan.Are we ready to accept it?
In the international political game,we are still a child, and we are being used by foreigners, what we are not realizing. For their interests, they are giving sharp arms in the hand of child to use it because it is the best arm in the world.But question is whether the child knows how to use it?
result we can understand -and also the intention of that holy man -who transfers the arm to child.
Let me repeat-let us not be fool by mixed electoral and share of power to Head of State and Prime MinisterAt this time it is not appropriate for us.
Second,Let us not accept the constitutional court,because it is being designed for turning the constitution in their favour who has a big dream.

SUPREME COURT IS THE FINAL AUTHORITY AND IT SHOULD BE DEALT ONLY BY SUPREME COURT.

Please think the above,this is in the greater interest of Nepal and Nepali.

Simple Answer for the Constitution Puzzle

Hatti Ban episode is over, and political leaders came back with empty hands.They were near, and would be near for ever, but will never meet the goal.This is the problem that we don't like to accept the truth. Now ,we the people has to take a decisive decision in this connection,not the greedy and worthless politicians.
Unfortunately,we don't have  honest ,selfless,visionary and courageous leader on whom we people can bang and say,  voila !, he is or she is the person ,we have been looking for!
I will say  few simple ideas which is the right answer for the unsolved three questions.Today, you may not agree with me, but I repeat ,it is the right answer for the bright future of Nepal.You don't have to open a Pandora box which you don't know what is inside.


1.If Federalism is essential you feel, then make three states.  Himal,  Pahad, Terai    with uninterrupted national highway linked to India and China.


2.Make a direct  PM election. People must believe on that persons ,and cabinet would be his nominees ,from outside , not parliamentarians at all.


3.There is no need of Constitutional Court. A mechanism for constitution interpretation ,proceedings etc., can be arranged in Supreme Court itself. 

IF  YOU  CONTEMPLATE  ON THESE ADVICES- YOU  CAN  MAKE A DURABLE CONSTITUTION. .

Power Must Not be Blind

Power is required to bring changes  in surroundings,but if  power makes  blind ,then that becomes catastrophic.Sin and injustice are demised by the evils themselves.No one would the cause for their end.Too much is too much.
I remember an old story that a devil called BHASMASUR was blessed and empowered by Lord Mahadev that he can turn anyone to ash if he put his hand on the head of whosoever in front of him. He had bad eye on the beauty of Goddess Parvati ,and thus, he thought, if he put his hand on the head of Mahadev then it would be easy -Mahadev would be turned to ash and he will easily capture Parvati. No problem. With this bad intention he ran to Mahadev ,and finally, by mistake he put his hand on his own head, and turned to ash .
Respect for each other is the beauty of democracy.

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2069

It seems the political movements are heading spectacularly towards bringing a justifiable conclusion.Difficulties are dramatically being removed-Maoist fighters integration ,and arms handover to the national army, are appreciable steps. Let us hope the face  value and real value are  the same in this regard .And hope no one is playing against another.
Similarly, other difficulties must also be removed with a greater understanding.

It is now must, without further delay ,to establish the lasting peace in the country  for our survival and existence.If we are sincerely and honestly engaged in the peace process by bringing all stakeholders, including old political institution ,I am sure ,a peaceful and prosperous Nepal is attainable in short time.Otherwise, if any partner is not included that would create again problem for ever and there would not be a permanent solution.Nepal belongs to all Nepali ,therefore,all ideas must be represented appropriately.There must not be any blockage for any section of the society.

WE PRAY TO GOD THAT THE COMING NEW YEAR, IN A TRUE SENSE, BRING PEACE AND PROSPERITY IN NEPAL AS A GIFT  FOR US.
BEST WISHES TO ALL, WHO ARE ENGAGED IN PEACE PROCESS, AND TO ALL NEPALESE BROTHERS AND SISTERS WHO ARE WAITING FOR A PEACEFUL AND PROSPEROUS NEPAL.LET US MAKE A NEW NEPAL BY OURSELVES WITH OUR IDENTITY,GLORY,CULTURE AND HISTORY.

Simple Formula For a Happy Life

We often forget a great truth that nothing is static in this life.Everything has two sides.Everything changes and does not remain as before. What has come, has to vanish one day.This simple fact we should ever keep in mind.
Life is not only a desert ,it is an ocean too.It is not only a bed of roses, it is equally a thorny path too.Never forget - Spring does not stay for ever ,it  replaces by Autumn. Summer by Winter and so. We should not be depressed and disturbed by any difficulty and problem.Management of  it is the skill of life .It is but natural ..It makes life beautiful and flagrance.
To be successful in life -understand that life is not a complete object -give and take-compromise with the adverse situation, is the desired path of it. When we live collectively,respect for  others views ,as far as possible , is the main formula for not being indulged in to antagonism.It avoids maximum confrontation. Relax and think twice before taking  any decision.You will find that you are  wonderfully conducting the life.
Second,and very important advice , is that  people are jealous with you and making all nonsense comments to disturb you.They can't see your smooth sailing life ,therefore, they do that.This type of comment and behaviour of others disturb you much ,and sometime, derail you from your right path of ambition. Because they are spoiled ,therefore, they wish to see you too.
Therefore, be careful with this type of people ,and just ignore this act,thinking that they want to damage. Just don't pay attention on their remarks. God  will help you.
Always believe in God and take correct decision.No body can harm you.But if you are irritating, it would simply damage you.
Have you seen elephant walking on the road?When it walks majestically, dogs,who have no comparision,start barking on it ,but elephant walks on its own way without even paying any attention.
LIFE IS THE NAME OF COMPROMISE WITH THE SITUATION. MANAGEMENT OF LIFE IS VERY IMPORTANT THAN CONFRONTATION. REMEMBER - IN STORM, BIG BANIAN TREES  FALL ,AND GRASS IN THE LAND SURVIVE.
A THEORY OF FLEXIBILITY NEEDS A PRIME PLACE IN THE LIFE.

SYRIA MUST BE REARRANGED

DO WE KNOW WHY THE CONDITION AND SITUATION OF SYRIA IS FLARING UP UNPRECEDENTEDLY? WHO IS RESPONSIBLE? HOW TO CONTROL? AND HOW TO GIVE JUSTICE TO THE PEOPLE OF SYRIA ? THESE ARE SOME VITAL QUESTIONS STANDING IN FRONT OF US AND ASKING ANSWER WITH THE LANDLORDS OF THE WORLD WHO ARE IN ILLUSION THAT THEY ARE THE  DETERRENT FACTORS OF THE WORLD PROBLEMS.

THE SITUATION IN SYRIA IS UNMANAGEABLE SIMPLY BECAUSE OF SUPER POWER'S MISTAKES DONE IN LIBYA.THEY HAVE CROSSED THE LIMIT AND ABUSED THE POWER GIVEN TO THEM BY THE UNITED NATIONS. IF WE ANALYSE, PERHAPS WE FIND THERE- ,A WAR CRIME HAS BEEN COMMITTED. IF SO, WHO IS RESPONSIBLE? WHY NOT TO ACT AGAINST THEM?

SYRIA MUST BE FREED FROM THE UNJUST ICE AND DICTATORIAL RULES. DEMOCRACY MUST BE ESTABLISHED THERE AND HUMAN RIGHTS MUST BE ASSURED WITH A FREE AND FAIR ELECTION .
FIRST ,THERE MUST BE CEASE FIRE FROM ALL SIDES FOR THE PERIOD OF THREE MONTHS.SECOND,A RE DIALOGUE WITH ALL STAKEHOLDERS MUST START WITH AUSPICES OF THE UNITED NATIONS. THIRD,MR KOFI ANNAN IS DOING AN ACCEPTABLE ROLE TO ALL PARTIES THAT MUST BE ENCOURAGED. FOURTH,EARLY ELECTION MUST BE HELD.AND,ASSAD MUST NOW VOLUNTARILY QUITE THE POST GIVING THE POWER TO THE ELECTED GOVERNMENT.
HE SHOULD NOT COPY EGYPT IN THIS REGARD.IT WOULD BE DISASTROUS FOR HIM AND FOR THE COUNTRY.

IN,EGYPT, THE WORLD BODY HAD MADE MISTAKE ,AND THE RESULT IS THERE.WE CAN'T MAKE TUNISIA AS AN EXAMPLE FOR ALL PARTS OF ARAB.WE NEED MORE DEPTH STUDY IN  THIS CONNECTION.
IN FACT, PEOPLE OF THAT PART SUFFERS ,NOT THE POLICY MAKING COUNTRIES.IF THEIR POLICIES DON'T  -WORK THEY APOLOGIZE FOR THAT.NOW EVERYWHERE IS VIOLENCE,KILLINGS,ABSENCE OF LAW AND ORDER, ANARCHISM. QUESTION ARISES- HAD ONLY FOR THAT THE WORLD POWER  STARTED  INTERVENTION? THAT MEANS THEIR INTENTION IS DUBIOUS? OTHERWISE, WHY THERE IS NO PEACE?
ANSWER IS AWAITED IN THE GLOBE BY THE CITIZENS OF THE WORLD.

BEST WAY OF DEALING THIS TYPE OF PROBLEM IS-WE MUST MAKE ONLY THE UNITED NATIONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE WORLD PEACE, IT MUST NOT BE BYPASSED BY ANY POWER FOR THIS OR THAT REASON ,OTHERWISE, A HORRIBLE RESULT HAS TO BE  HEAVILY SHARED.
UNFORTUNATELY, WE DEVELOPING COUNTRIES ,WHO HAVE NO ROLE IN IT ,HAVE TO BE SUFFERED. WHY WE SUFFER FOR THE MISTAKE OF OTHERS? THIS IS THE QUESTION NOW BEING ASKED BY THE SOVEREIGN PEOPLE OF THE GLOBE .

WATCH FROM THE STONE OF EVEREST??

THE EVEREST IS A SACRED OBJECT FOR  US AND FOR MANY MANY OF US NOT LESS THAN A GOD.

I HEARD NOW A FOREIGN WATCH COMPANY NAMED KABOLD IS MAKING WRIST WATCH IN THE NAME OF HIMALAYA USING THE STONE OF EVEREST. THAT WATCH COSTS  THIRTEEN LAC RUPEES. DOING BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY IS NOT A BAD THING RATHER IS A GOOD WORK,  BUT USING STONE OF EVEREST WITHOUT PERMISSION OF GOVERNMENT, WHICH IS WORLD HERITAGE, AND A VERY VERY PRECIOUS AND SACRED FOR WE ALL NEPALI ,  IS A CRIME.

HOW THIS WORK STARTED WITH THIS STONE ?NEITHER OUR AUTHORITY KNOWS IT NOR ANY INFORMATION IN THIS REGARD WAS GIVEN TO THE PUBLIC?.
IT IS A CRIMINAL ACT-AND A CRIME AGAINST STATE. THAT MUST BE STOPPED NOW AND THE DOERS MUST BE BROUGHT UNDER THE CRIMINAL ACT LAW AND PUNISHED. IF WE DON'T STOP THIS TYPE OF WORK THEN TOMORROW PASHUPATI NATH ,SWYAMBHOO NATH  OR ANY  THING OF THIS COUNTRY  COULD BE SOLD??  THEN?
IF THE AUTHORITY DOES NOT TAKE ACTION IN THIS REGARD THEN THEY WOULD
ALSO BE CONSIDERED A PARTNER /CONSPIRATOR IN THIS BUSINESS.
WHAT WE ARE DOING ? IN THE NAME OF TRANSITIONAL STAGE OF THE COUNTRY -CAN WE ALLOW OUR MOTHERLAND TO BE AUCTIONED?

MOTHERLAND

I am sure many people are seeing the same fate as I am  for our country.Our country is falling rapidly to a deep drench where no one knows where it would dash to its last counting breathe.If it happens so it will be most unfortunate for we all Nepalese living in or abroad.

Yes, country is heading to a confronting stage where no one has allegiance for the motherland ,rather their ego,lust for wealth and selfishness are determining the actions and reactions of the lords of the country.For this particular time, this has become meaningless  for them to say that we need tolerance,peaceful co-existence,respect for others and love to the most suffered population.Country belongs to we all ,and thus ,the idea carries by any group must be respected with the same dignity.

It is known to everybody that we all are cheating each other for this or that reason.There is no ethical consistencies or morality in any political party.Self interest is playing the vital role for the short term  time benefits.In the long run we all would be defeated in the hand of a unseen player/s.By that time we would have been lost all our belongings.And it would be a simple cry in wilderness.Sometimes I remember how were our great great fore fathers who did not care for their lives ,and sacrifice themselves for the sweet smile of the beloved motherland ?.I salute them million times.Are we feeling proud to be the children of the same fore father?or we feel shame in remembering them?We are just ungrateful if so.

Therefore, if we want to see a safe,beautiful,peaceful and progressive nation in deed,better ,we all groups be together without prejudices, and share the fate with our labours ,and change the bad coming days.Liberal and Conservative ,we all must now realize and be united with our historical glory and institution,and share the love of our nation according to the democratic norms in the present context.

If not,no one can perhaps stop,the worst days in front of us.Disaster is waiting for us.

And in this case, if emergency has been imposed ,then nothing wrong in doing so, because nothing on this earth is precious than the motherland.
