Oh Poor Nepali ! You Are Cheated

All hopes and aspirations, of the honest and innocent Nepalese people  ,have been turn down and crushed cruelly by the called leaders. Now they should understand their quality and ability to run the state affairs.It is worthless .It is not a childrens' toy ,which any baby can play. It needs inherent quality with integrity, honesty and selflessness.These things are big zero in our politicians.Today, we all Nepalese head bow down in front of others, that we are worthless. We spent billions and billions rupees with all facilities to the leaders ,so that they can give us a comfortable costitution, but that became a mere day dream.Shame!Shame!
Better all politicians ,who were involved in this affairs, realize that you are good for nothing and out dated. Please take salvation from this occupation. Can you imagine how much you have  damaged to our motherland and the people? And ,even if you are least honest and having a little degree of moral, you could feel too ,that you must be punished for  betrayal and failure.
What people were thinking this day? a golden day in the history ? and now thinking a black day ! the same day - turned from a gold to coal.?.
Now, you forced the people to think that the old regime was the best among you all.This much anarchism was not there.An accountable government was there,people were safe,no scarcity of petrol and gas? King and prime minister were responsible for any mistakes.Now who ? People are thinking much more than this ,and repenting for their past deeds against the old regime.
Better go for penance, and hand over the state affairs to the younger generation, who knows far better than you-they will readjust everything according to the needs of nation.
And, you all outsiders,who were intrinsically involved, right from abolishing monarchy to till date,why are you shy now?Shame ! What happened to all your abilities? You only know to play with others fate?destruction is your mission? If you have little morality is saved,then bring back the old regime with appropriate amendments and wash your sin by helping Nepalese ,and returning their golden future.

The Last Day

I  wish , today could be a memorable and remarkable day, which could be a mile stone in the annals of the history of Nepal.May wisdom prevail to our politicians ,and  deliver a precious gift to the dear compatriots .Whatsoever,today is the day when line is being drown in the political heart of Nepal which may be rewarding to the greater interests of Nepal and Nepali.. My best wishes to all our dear compatriots.

My attention was drown to the photo   in the Himalayan,English daily,in which  a police man  get hold  the  saris of  a woman, and other fellows smile.This is democracy? This is dignity of woman in our country?
I urge an immediate action on this manhandled behavior, and alert others too, to prevent from this wrong doing.

Third Eye is Watching You.

I have never felt this much helpless as today.Our glory, our past, all have gone,we have lost our present too,now, I am worried that we are going to damage future as well ..Because future belongs to the coming generation, and this is our solemn duty to hand over present with a bright future to our children. And this, we are not doing-rather committing a crime towards future.

These days, I am feeling as if I am the outsider, and the outsiders are the master of my land? Because they are talking,deciding and executing what soever important acts are to be done. Is Nepali fate is only BHARIA ? Our voice has no value today? We have become speechless? What could be more pitiable than this situation?.

Today, I am writing something which has not any substantial sense, but spiritually yes.
Don't think that you can do everything wrong, and it will go unpunished.
The Third eye is watching everything you are doing ,all conspiracy against each other with biasness,and less interest for free , liberal ,and democratic motherland.
Only one motto is superseding  you ,- how to make you stronger ,and rule for long time  making other to zero.

My advice today is,do  not go this much ,all your acts are being recoded, and one day that will be rewarded or punished. Be afraid from wrong doing ,.this is last leap forward either you will cross the river or plunge in to river.

UNCONSTITUTIONAL MOVE

THE GOVERMENT IS FAILED TO DELIVER AND REALIZE THE PROMISES THEY HAD MADE BEFORE COMINING TO POWER.PEOPLE CLEARLY FELT CHEATED BY THEM.
IT WILL BE WRONG MOVE TO EXTEND  THREE MONTHS PERIOD TO  THE CONSTITUENT ASSEMBLY ( CA  ) OF NEPAL.
 IT MEANS SIMPLY THERE IS NO LAW AND THERE IS NO SUPREMACY OF SUPREME COURT. A CLEAR STATE OF MIGHTY PEOPLE HAS BEEN CREATED.
CAN WE ACCEPT IT? IF IT IS ACCEPTED THEN ALL FURTHER ACTIONS WILL BE UNCONSTITUTIONAL.WE MUST REJECT IT.IT IS TOO MUCH.BETTER IMPOSE EMERGENCY AND BRING BACK THE NATION ON  A RIGHT TRACK. A STATE OF IMPUNITY IS MOST DANGEROUS FOR THE EXISTENCE OF A COUNTRY . THEREFORE,TO ESTABLISH THE RULE OF LAW,IT IS MOST APPROPRIATE THAT LET EMERGENCY WORK FOR SOME TIME TO ARRANGE NECESSARY ARRANGEMENTS FOR A DEMOCRATIC , STABLE  ,AND  LAWFUL GOVERNMENT.

Can we still say that the political scene of Nepal  is not understood ? , or we can not recognize the real face of our called politicians ?. In fact, mask from all leaders' face has been removed, and we can recognize  all with their real face.
We must agree that, at least ,in Nepal, or countries like this  ,the Socratarian value,moral,accountability ,or Chankya's era politicians are not on the soil. In some  countries ,we still find  and we feel proud that on this planet the value of truth or morality still does exists.
State and Statesmanship are not a child toys, which can be played by any baby on this soil.Neither ,it is a subject of  trail and error .
It needs a sound knowledge,honesty,integrity,,and the most important is, selflessness ,which  is squarely absence in the character of our called leaders.
Country has been rolling down from the Himalaya to the ocean, but we are not bothered that we are responsible for this state of painful environment.Today, people is demanding for their loss, and asking answers from  politicians who have shown the golden dreams to them.
On the road, today, I heard saying some people to some one-what do you think? When a family is not manged by them, how do you expect that a nation will be arranged by them?
This is state ! -and state needs statesmanship !.
I wondered ?, Oh ,is he right to think or say so? perhaps common citizens are thinking in the same manner. Because they have lost everything. But the rulers are far far better than five years ago.
Think Salvo Jure.
With all anxieties,I would like to ask with the responsibles to tell us what is the last time of 14 of Jestha.For us,it is 24oo hrs,mid night .After that ,whatever comes, will be invalid.Because then the leaders will be only citizens ,they will loose all constitutional powers,according to the constitution.Therefore, if they declare anything,  - that will be automatically null and void.
It is, therefore, in the greater interests of nation, to inform all about the exact time limit in the term of hours,so that we can avoid possible  anarchism and blood shading.

Self Respect Generates from Home

Birganj episode of Indian consular officer is climax of hegemony.
This is nothing but buzzard.It is only possible in Nepal nowhere else. A wanton violation of international law ,and shameless interference in the internal affairs of a country.
A stern action must be taken to the wrong doers.We can't accept it ,this  is bottom line.

But,now questions arise about the accessibility to the power by a foreign power,intrusion in the domestic affairs,and imposing their ideas in a foreign soil, without any fear,shame ,and loss of reputation in the international scene.Why and how it could be possible?and our leaders ,who always look for the signal from a permanent  friend to be allowed to  rule for some more time ,doing everything in their interests, then how this time it became all of sudden unacceptable for them? Right from 12 point agreement till date, leaders are hoping a grace from the friend, so that they rule and make their lives happy, from poverty to prosperity, even at the cost of our nation.

Surprise!sometime invited intrusion and some time unwanted intrusion.
Once you have surrendered your chastity and purity to some one, then sometimes any restriction  do matters? We have became a playing ground for all foreign players.They will run on us and crush us , unfortunately,we have to tolerate,because we have not taken a dignified way to safeguard our prestige, and manage our affairs.This is our mistake, and they are taking advantages of that, nothing to surprise. 
Now,  is  there any room left to speak?

We have still time,do not let the affairs go in the foreign hand,we have to manage our self for our existence. And we can. Don't forget our past,which has got lot of experiences for survival  even in the midst of  badly  adverse conditions.

PLEASE SEE, SELF RESPECT GENERATES FROM HOME.AND THERE IS NOTHING GREATER THAN MOTHERLAND.

Active Volcanic Constitution

It is a matter of great concern that, in hurry, for the sake of bringing constitution in time, we are going to bring an active volcanic Constitution for Nepali, which will be active for all the time.It will never allow we Nepali to live in peace with the spirit of development of the nation.Leaders must understand that they are not serving the motherland, but somebody else.Seems guided by outside than our own.It is very dangerous syndrome.

Eleven states are not a true need of country,from the day one ,we will start to fight on this point,then why to bring this type of constitution.?.
Constitutional Court is not a requirement for the country,it would be formed to serve the vested interests of any particular party.It is very dangerous.We will fight all the time.

Terai should be a single unity with a national highway in mid touching all mountain and himal area from south to north.This would an acceptable approach to all .Without it there will never be peace , and proposed present form would be a betrayal to them.
National unity is matter not the conspiracy like British what they had done in India and other parts of world.This dirty game can only be  played by the outsiders, not the same nationals for  compatriots.
Change in the weak and sick mentality towards terai and try to accommodate with them for the larger interest of Nepal.

Rest,executive power sharing between president and prime minister is not a joke in our country ,where we do not have yet a simple political culture developed.It would be a damaging for the nation,time will prove it. Better do not hurry ,take time,if necessary,it would be better to  impose emergency in the country and make constitution which can work in the land. Don't invite more blood shade in the country.We are tired of that.
Don't bring active volcano to destroy our unity,peace and prosperity.This constitution seems like that,be aware now,otherwise time will prove it.What is the use for crying after setting fire?.

PLEASE ,DON'T INVITE ACTIVE VOLCANIC CONSTITUTION.IT WOULD SERVE OTHERS THAN NEPALI. YOU ARE SIMPLY GUIDED BY YOUR PETTY INTERESTS BUT THE COUNTRY AND GENERATION WILL SUFFER. DON'T MAKE OUR FUTURE DARK. THIS TYPE OF CONSTITUTION NEED A GREAT DEGREE OF MATURITY WHICH WE APPARENTLY MISS.

Irresponsible Remarks

It is pity that a communist leader like P.K.D.Prachanda has given remarks to the journalist, while talking t o the regional leaders and sympathisers that  constitution based on cast and race could not be established that needs agitation from street.He asked the followers to go to street?Means a fresh violence ,burn, looting etc all? Can you stop if it again takes place?And these leaders are committed not to go for it and refrain from it.What happened? All principles have gone in air?Pompous leaders are like this ,who does not what to say and what to do? Nation is  a sacred elements to the soul, but for them a material to use for self interest.Certainly Mr Prachanda by this remarks your image has fallen down to lowest.
MOTHER NEPAL NEEDS A CONSTRUCTIVE ROLE TO BE PLAYED FROM ALL HER CHILDREN AT PRESENT.

Birganj is Pivot of Development in Nepal

Considering Birganj's contribution in the national economy,education,social and cultural development,it is very appropriate that it should be declared as a capital of Terai.Its great potentialities is a challenge for investors to tape it which would generate golden future in the coming days..Birganj is the Gate Way of Nepal.Its contribution can not be underestimated.
It is very fair and just if Birganj is declared a capital for Terai of Nepal.There cannot be other capital equal to Birganj.
BIRGANJ IS  PIVOT OF DEVELOPMENT OF NEPAL.

Final move-a risky attempt.

I think-  Constitution is not coming on 28 May.

If you can cover my opinion  till 28 May,then you will be surprise to match my prediction with the result happening on that day.By this or that reasons political parties are going to impose emergency before 28 May, so that they will get sufficient time to use that time for shorting out the differences among themselves on the crucial five issues.

If they really mean this, then could be said rationally wise, to design this way, but if they fail to do that and use the time for their interests ,then that would be unpardonable excuse.they must be punished and there is no harm to reintroduce the 2046 Constitution with appropriate amendments.

My sincere advice to the stakeholders, who are directly engaged in constitution writing,not to introduce such arrangements which disintegrate the nation,spread deteste in the name of caste,race or religion.
Please don't forget the past glory,cultural values and civilization,along with the acceptable aspirations of the population.
Nepal is technically a failed state ,no doubt .we are alive  for the interest of the international communities.If it was only for us ,perhaps,it would might have, as of today,  gone to an unacceptable and painful state.

Parties,you do not have honest workers who can run the country.If there are, they are out of your vision and are not brought to the centre, because your interests will be clashed with them.And there would be no more money making activities.

FOR ME THIS IS A FINAL MOVE IN CERTAIN SENSE WHICH IS FULL OF RISK.PLEASE REASSESS AGAIN IN THE INTEREST OF NATION.LET ONLY NEPALI WIN.NO OTHERS IN OUR NAME.

Annapurna glacier calamity

It is a sorrow for the nation that so many have lost their lives and multi- fold of that have been disappeared in the horrible avalanche which swept way Kaski's most valuable and beautiful touristic spot in the Annapurna Area.

It is a national pride for us that it has become an untiring beautiful  place for tourist,.The same tourist, how many times  have visited that spot ,perhaps, does not  remember. A rare beauty on the earth has been bestowed to us by mother nature.

Annapurna avalanche  is a heart breaking news.Hope our Government will immediately take more vigorous action to control this natural calamity and its effects.

MISSING THE FRAGRANCE OF LIFE

WHEN I SEE PENNY WISE AND POUND FOOLISH, I FEEL MUCH DISCOMPOSED  NOT FOR MYSELF,  BUT FOR THE COMING GENERATION .WHAT VALUES ,MORALITY AND ETHICS THEY WILL LEARN FROM THE PRESENT STATE OF AFFAIRS OF NEPAL AND FROM OUR DEVOID LEADERS ?. HONESTY IS TAKING LAST BREATHE AND MISAPPROPRIATION IS SHINING IN THE SOCIETY AS  LIKE SUN. WE SHALL NOT BE ON THIS EARTH TO SEE  WHEN THE TRUTH  WOULD BEING WORSHIPPED.WE HAVE LOST A GENERATION,AND THIS IS A GREAT GREAT LOSS FOR A NATION.
ALL MINISTERS HAVE RESIGNED LAST NIGHT ,AND THE PRIME MINISTER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE GOVERNMENT. WOULD THE NEW FACE OF NEW CABINET  SOLVE THE REAL PROBLEMS OF THE LAND? GUIDED VOYAGE NEVER OFFERS THE PLEASURE OF SECLUDED SOLITUDE OF NATURAL LIFE.

IT IS SAID GREAT IS NOT HE WHO DOES A DIFFERENT , BUT HE WHO DOES IT DIFFERENTLY.CONTEMPLATE IT,PLEASE.

Nepal Future's Future is very dark.

Few days ago I have seen a photo printed on a daily news paper that few young students are crossing the Trisuli  river with the help of a single rope tied over the most danderous river.This is 21 century? New  millennium ? I wonder ! Where are you pompous leaders? Where is the UN? Where is the cheating NGOs? Don't see you the future of Nepal's future is very  dark? These students  are our future but  they are this much struggling for their education right  keeping the life on stake? Shame !Shame! Shame !
If you rulers and those who are responsible for it, have little moral ethic and value ,should now resign , and the army of Nepal must come forward to take over and save Nepal. This has cross the water over head.
